Medicaid Enrollment Navigator for Community Health Access

Colorado-Coalition-For-the-Homeless

The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is hiring an Enrollment Specialist to verify eligibility for health insurance programs and assist clients with enrollment. You will greet clients, register data, and navigate government programs, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will travel to property sites for outreach events and provide compassionate, trauma-informed service. #J-18808-Ljbffr Colorado-Coalition-For-the-Homeless
