Companies include recession-proof builders, longstanding developers, and new developers where the long term growth is only constrained by the people they hire. Some of the roles we're recruiting: Multifamily Project Manager - Builder Multifamily Assistant Project Manager - GC Student Housing Owner's Representative We are looking for someone with the following qualifications: 3-30 years' experience in MULTI-FAMILY Project Management (depending on position) Experience in bidding and estimating (ideal, not required) Ability to read and understand multifamily blueprints Experience on projects within NC (ideal, not required) Ability to work on-site as needed in the Triad Want to learn more?
