Work Environment\nThis position is fully remote, operating within a telehealth framework that enables flexibility and accessibility for both therapists and patients. The work schedule is generally Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments using culturally sensitive methodologies to understand each patient's unique psychological landscape. \n
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans by employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that align with patients’ cultural backgrounds and personal circumstances. \n
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to explore mental health concerns and promote coping strategies aligned with patient goals. \n
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care approaches, ensuring all aspects of a patient's mental health are addressed. \n
- Provide crisis intervention strategies during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and safety for vulnerable clients. \n
- Educate patients and their families about mental health issues and treatment pathways, guiding them towards community resources and support systems. \n
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of patient interactions, adhering to both legal guidelines and ethical standards. \n
- Actively participate in case conferences and team meetings to keep abreast of best practices and contribute to the collective knowledge of the organization. \n
- Engage in continuous learning about current research and culturally relevant treatment practices to enhance therapeutic effectiveness. \n
Your role will involve working closely with a variety of patient demographics, including individuals from ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ communities, and immigrant populations. Your expertise will allow you to provide tailored and impactful care to these groups, addressing specific challenges and fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensed as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington. \n
- Strong commitment to cultural competency and a passion for working with diverse populations. \n
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds. \n

- Previous experience in a telehealth or outpatient setting is a plus. \n

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually.
