Role Overview The Unit Manager (RN or LPN) oversees nursing operations within a patient-focused community, ensuring quality care and fostering a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities Manage staffing needs and supervise nursing staff providing direct resident care. Support staff development and ensure compliance with documentation and resident rights policies. Provide direct care according to individualized treatment plans and conduct resident medical assessments. Assist in recruitment, hiring, and scheduling of nursing personnel. Coordinate care to ensure adequate coverage and monitor quality standards. Contribute to developing innovative healthcare practices and manage a successful team. Qualifications & Skills Current, active license as an RN or LPN. Preferably 3+ years of nursing experience in a similar setting, with at least 1 year in nursing administration.
