RN – Critical Care (CCU) (Relocation Candidates with a Compact License Are Welcome)

• We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting. The ideal candidate will have strong critical-care skills, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Responsibilities:
• Assess, monitor, and provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and high-acuity patients.
• Monitor vital signs, recognize changes in patient conditions, and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using EPIC.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Participate in holiday coverage as required.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Active RN license required; Compact License holders are welcome.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current BLS/BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Ability to work three 12-hour shifts per week.
• Flexibility to work holidays as required.
• Strong critical-thinking, clinical assessment, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
