Luxury Apartment Leasing Consultant

Portland, OR | Full-Time | $20/hour
Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our luxury apartment community in Portland, Maine.

The ideal candidate is polished, professional, personable, and customer-service focused , with previous apartment leasing or property management experience. This role requires someone who is confident giving tours, following up with prospective residents, handling applications and leasing paperwork, and representing a high-end property with professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment leasing/property management experience required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong sales and follow-up abilities
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a luxury residential environment

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
