Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative on behalf of a client located in the Plantsville, CT area. This direct-hire role serves as a primary contact point between the organization and various accounts. Responsibilities may include facilitating pricing conversations, assisting with order workflows, addressing routine inquiry escalations, and supporting cross-functional awareness regarding product availability and timelines. A key focus involves supporting overall customer engagement across active and potential accounts. 

salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers
• Manage assigned accounts
• Work closely with the Outside Sales Representative to manage customer relations
• Actively call on established, prospective, and dormant accounts to grow the business
• Work with various departments as needed to ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction
• Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, etc
• Qualify leads generated from various sources
• Share market insights and feedback with the sales and leadership teams
