About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our passionate teaching team and help shape the next generation of learners. Our program focuses on nurturing independence, curiosity, and early learning through play, exploration, and loving guidance, and we believe that the toddler years are some of the most important in a child’s development.
What You'll Do- Support social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured routines and lead age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play.
- Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment, and communicate daily with the administrative team.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety in line with Bright from the Start standards.
- Develop a strong bond with each child, and work collaboratively with other teachers to create a dynamic and engaging classroom.
- Knowledge of child development and positive behavior strategies
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- 2+ year experience in a licensed childcare setting
- CDA or TCC in Early Childhood Education
- Dependable and passionate about early education — a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Supports diversity and inclusion, and brings creativity and energy to the classroom.
- Patient, warm, and responsive to each child’s needs, with a gentle and empathetic approach.
