Client Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for retail and brand partners for creative asset requests Manage trafficking, routing, approvals, and delivery of a high volume of assets Ensure assets meet platform specifications and brand guidelines Design and create creative assets on ad‑hoc basis as needed Track asset status, approvals, and delivery timelines across multiple campaigns and promotions Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Creative, Sales, Legal, and external agencies to support campaign execution Clearly communicate timelines, requirements and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders Balance multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines Review creative assets to ensure accuracy, spec compliance, and brand consistency Proactively identify and address issues prior to final delivery Maintain high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a high-volume environment Support best practices for asset management workflows Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency within creative processes Utilize asset tracking systems and workflow management tools such as (e.g. Airtable preferred) Requirements 1+ year of experience in creative asset creation, trafficking, or delivery within a high-volume environment (Strong internship experience considered) Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment Demonstrated attention to detail in a deadline‑driven, multitasking environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate successfully across teams and with senior management You should be self‑motivated and focused on results.
