From hand-stretching dough to topping and baking, we'll teach you everything you need to cook up one heck of a pizza pie.  You'll also keep your area clean and well-stocked, work with the team to complete shift checklists, and you'll pitch in where needed to keep the kitchen and restaurant running smoothly.No experience required, though previous line cook, dough-stretching, or pizza-making experience is a huge plus! We pinky promise.Job RequirementsIf you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time.Able to lift up to 50lbs regularly.Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant biz.Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments.Must be 18+ years old to apply.Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).Able to read, write, and speak English comfortably with team and customers.Pizza Cook SchedulingDowntown is open Friday-Saturday 11am-2am and Sunday-Thursday 11am-10pm. Typical Cook shift times are lunch (9/10am-4/5pm), weekday dinner (5pm-12am), weekend dinner (4/5-10pm), and weekend late night (5/10pm-4am). One late night shift per week is required; late night shifts are Friday or Saturday from 5pm or 10pm until 4am.The action happens on evenings and weekends! The ovens are roaring, the line's bumping, and the energy's high.
