TOPPAN Packaging Americas is hiring an HR Coordinator to support payroll, onboarding, training and employee engagement at our Elk Grove Village facility. You will help administer policies, coordinate new hire processes, orientations and benefits, and maintain HR records for about 200 hourly employees. This onsite role requires confidentiality and strong communication across shifts. You will also assist with audits, attendance tracking, disciplinary actions, and safety programs while partnering #J-18808-Ljbffr Toppan Packaging Americas
