About the Position

HPA Healthcare is seeking an experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant for a six-month, full-time locum tenens assignment with Rochester Regional Health in the Rochester, New York area.

This is a weekday outpatient dermatology position with no call requirements . The PA will primarily support Genesee Valley Dermatology, with the potential to float to other RRH dermatology locations, including Linden Oaks and support for Clifton Springs.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of recent dermatology experience , recent Epic experience and an active New York license.

Assignment Highlights

• 26-week assignment: 10/05/2026–04/04/2027
• Approximately 130 weekday coverage days
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Full-time locum coverage
• No call
• Outpatient dermatology
• Approximately 25–35 patients per day
• Epic EMR
• Potential flexibility in scheduling
• Potential floating within the RRH dermatology network
• Approximately one clinical support staff member (LPN, RN or MA) per 12 patients
