Events Coordinator
Concept Entertainment Group
Concept Entertainment Group is a growing, multi-state restaurant company known for elevated dining experiences, scratch-made cuisine, and vibrant hospitality. We’re looking for an organized, energetic Events Coordinator to support private dining, group events, and in-restaurant activations.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate event inquiries, bookings, and client communication
- Plan event details (menus, timelines, setup) and support execution
- Partner with restaurant and culinary teams to deliver seamless events
- Help drive private dining revenue and convert leads into booked events
- Ensure a high-touch, hospitality-first guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in hospitality, events, or restaurant operations
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and high-volume shifts
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
