Salary: $50,000- $55,000

We are looking for a motivated Junior Financial Analyst to support our finance and operations teams through reporting, budgeting, inventory analysis, and cost tracking.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze manufacturing and warehouse expenses to identify cost trends and savings opportunities
• Prepare financial reports summarizing production and distribution performance
• Monitor inventory valuation and verify accuracy of stock-related financial data
• Assist with budget planning and financial forecasting for operational departments
• Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and warehouse financial records
• Generate KPI reports tracking efficiency, productivity, and inventory turnover
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve financial reporting and workflow processes

Qualifications  

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business-related field 
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
