Responsibilities Prioritize Tasks: Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities to ensure a spotless living environment for our residents. Housekeeping Excellence: Showcase your energy and knack for organization to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dynamic team to achieve collective goals and provide exceptional service to our residents. Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas. Restock cleaning supplies and other items as needed. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and recreational areas. (Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows.) Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management. Follow all health and safety regulations and use cleaning chemicals responsibly. Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage after use. Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping with a track record of delivering superior results. Skills Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional organizational skills.
