Job DescriptionJob DescriptionResidential House CleanereMaids of Northern Columbus is looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Residential House Cleaners. Our cleaners provide professional cleaning services in clients' homes throughout the Columbus area while delivering the high level of quality and customer service our clients expect.This is a hands-on, active position that is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, working independently, and seeing the results of their work.Previous professional cleaning experience is not required — we provide training.ResponsibilitiesPerform residential cleaning services according to company standards and client-specific instructionsClean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other areas of the homeDust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and complete other routine cleaning tasksFollow assigned cleaning checklists and job notesComplete required job documentation, including before and after photosProvide consistent, detail-oriented cleaning while working within scheduled service timesCommunicate professionally and respectfully with clients, coworkers, and managementNotify management of client requests, concerns, damages, or issues that arise during a cleaningProperly use and care for cleaning supplies and equipmentTravel between client homes throughout the workdayWork independently and alongside other team members as assignedMaintain a professional appearance and represent eMaids positively while in clients' homesQualificationsDependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work scheduleStrong attention to detail and willingness to follow established cleaning proceduresAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyPositive, professional attitude and good communication skillsReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseComfortable traveling between client locations during the workdaySmartphone with the ability to use scheduling, communication, and job-management appsComfortable working in homes with petsAble to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and carrying cleaning equipmentAble to follow written and verbal instructionsWilling to learn and accept feedback and coachingPrevious residential or professional cleaning experience is preferred butnot required eMaids of Northern Columbus
