Compensation and Benefits Compensation range $50-$60 an hour (based on qualifications) Benefits: W2 employee with 401k, PTO, healthcare, dental, and vision insurance Flexible schedule Hybrid work opportunities for those with a HIPAA compliant home office Comfortable, furnished office and inclusive environment Training and Development: $700 annual professional development stipend, free internal CEUs Administrative, technology, scheduling, and referral support Annual bonus based on performance Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Position Overview As a Clinical Supervisor at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. We are a growing organization and would add direct reports to your responsibility upon hiring new staff to allow for initial development of own clinical skills in our setting before adding supervisory responsibilities. You would also maintain your own caseload of clients. Clinical Responsibilities Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system Maintain a caseload of clients (25 clients a week) Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings Participate in clinic marketing, outreach, and networking community events Supervision Responsibilities Conduct evidence‑based, data‑informed, and goal‑driven individual, triadic and group supervision as required to interns and pre‑licensed staff to ensure clinical excellence and align with best practices Collaborate with Clinic Director to provide clinical oversight to clinic’s Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals Supervise evaluations of mental health diagnoses, creation, and implementation of treatment plans Attend leadership meetings and professional development as required Required Qualifications and Skills Candidates must have clinical licensure in their field in Ohio with the ability to supervise (e.g. LPCC‑S) Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hours Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus), including the collection of co‑payments Prior supervision experience preferred We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
