Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Porter/Valet to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian. This role is key in ensuring that our service department operates efficiently and that customers receive prompt and courteous service. The Porter/Valet is responsible for greeting customers, assisting with vehicle pick-up/drop-off, and keeping the dealership's lot organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Safely move and park vehicles around the dealership lot.
• Assist customers with valet services, including vehicle pick-up and drop-off.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable for delivery to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the service department, parking lots, and customer waiting areas.
• Assist with organizing vehicle inventory and ensuring all vehicles are properly parked.
• Provide assistance with vehicle transportation between dealership locations.
• Support the service team with any additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• A strong sense of customer service and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
