Advanced Practice Provider (APP) (Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our

General Cardiology team

at

our new Columbia County Medical Center

, located in Grovetown, GA. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team of physicians and clinicians from Augusta University and Wellstar Medical Group, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care at Columbia County Medical Center.

3/12's – Friday – Sunday, 7am-7pm

Provide comprehensive cardiac care to adult patients in the inpatient setting Collaborate with supervising cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to manage patient care Conduct hospital rounds, follow-up visits, and discharge planning for cardiology patients Participate in outpatient clinic appointments including follow-ups, medication management, and preventive cardiac care Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions, treatment options, and ongoing health maintenance Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Minimum of 1 year of cardiology or inpatient APP experience strongly preferred Be a founding provider at the
