Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Program Full-Time | Seattle, WA or Salt Lake City, UT (Relocation Assistance Available)

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a multidisciplinary Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Program. This senior-level role focuses on delivering high-quality clinical care to patients with traumatic brain injury while supporting the coordination and day-to-day operations of an established TBI program.

The selected provider will work closely with program leadership and a diverse clinical team to ensure efficient, comprehensive patient care. This role emphasizes clinical execution, collaboration, and care coordination, with the opportunity to gradually assume increased leadership responsibilities over time.

Clinical Care

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with traumatic brain injury within scope of practice
• Manage complex TBI cases in collaboration with multidisciplinary providers
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Participate in case reviews and collaborative treatment planning

Care Coordination & Program Support

• Coordinate care across neurology, therapy services, psychology, and other specialty providers
• Support patient intake, follow-up, and continuity of care
• Assist with implementation of established workflows and clinical protocols
• Serve as a clinical resource to staff regarding TBI patient management

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with physicians, APPs, therapists, and administrative teams
• Participate in internal meetings related to patient care and program operations
• Support communication with referral sources as directed by leadership

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA in Washington and/or Utah (or eligible for licensure)
• Required: Prior experience treating patients with traumatic brain injury
• Not open to new graduates
• Strong clinical judgment with ability to manage complex cases
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations as needed
