As a Thrift Solutions Team Member, you'll help transform donated items into opportunities that support One Vision's mission while keeping valuable goods out of landfills.Whether you're sorting donations, preparing merchandise for wholesale, or helping keep our warehouse running smoothly, every task you complete helps create a cleaner, more efficient operation that supports individuals and communities across Iowa.If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in staying organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoEvery day is a little different, but your responsibilities may include:Sort donated merchandise by quality, category, and seasonal relevance.Identify and separate high-value items for additional review.Prepare products for baling, loading, and shipment.Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the day.Move materials, cardboard, and trash to designated areas.Assist with product flow to keep operations running efficiently.Report supply needs and equipment concerns to leadership.Maintain quality standards while completing work accurately and efficiently.Support other departments, including direct support services, when needed.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:Enjoys working in a physically active environment.Works well independently and as part of a team.Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in quality work.Can adapt to changing priorities and busy production days.Is dependable and values strong attendance.Communicates professionally and respectfully with coworkers.Can follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.Previous warehouse, production, stockroom, or retail backroom experience is helpful-but not required.
