Observability Solution Architect/Tech Lead

Akkodis is seeking an Observability Solution Architect/Tech Lead for a Contract with a client in Irvine, CA. This role will lead the endtoend architecture and delivery of a scalable observability and anomaly detection platform aligned to business SLAs and reliability goals.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Observability Solution Architect/Tech Lead Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead the endtoend architecture and delivery of an observability and anomaly detection platform.
• Design scalable telemetry pipelines for metrics, logs, and traces across enterprise systems.
• Enable AI/MLdriven anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and remediation workflows.
• Define governance, security, and standards for observability platforms and data usage.
• Align observability solutions with business SLAs, SLOs, and reliability objectives.
• Drive crossteam collaboration and operationalization of the platform across stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in observability platforms and tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, Datadog) with endtoend architecture design experience.
• Strong background in AI/ML integration, anomaly detection, and leading crossfunctional teams to deliver secure, scalable enterprise platforms.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
