What You'll Do

Provide expert nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU setting
Monitor vital signs and manage IVs, ventilators, and other medical equipment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate families on newborn care and recovery processes
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards

What You Need

Required:

Valid RN license for Louisiana
At least 1 year of recent NICU or pediatric critical care experience
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle stressful situations with compassion

Preferred:

Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP)
Experience with advanced neonatal technologies
