Responsibilities

• Maintain and Grow Your Book of Business — Strengthen existing customer accounts while developing new long term relationships built on trust.

• Build Strong Customer & Carrier Relationships — Communicate consistently, follow through, and create dependable partnerships that keep freight moving smoothly.

• Negotiate Competitive Rates — Secure strong pricing with carriers while protecting margins and delivering real value to shippers.

• Coordinate Shipments — Schedule pickups and deliveries, verify load details, and keep everyone informed from start to finish.

• Track Deliveries — Monitor loads proactively, address issues quickly, and keep customers updated every step of the way.

• Represent With Class — Uphold our family style values by communicating professionally, acting with integrity, and treating every customer like they matter — because they do.

Requirements

• Proven freight brokerage or logistics sales experience

• Existing shipper relationships (required for 1099 success)

• Must reside in the United States

• Established book of business

• Self motivated, disciplined, and relationship driven

• Strong communication and follow through skills
