Sr Business Data Analyst

In the DHL Supply Chain network, a Senior Business Data Analyst is positioned to turn complex warehouse data into clear, actionable insights. This onsite role in Whiteland, Indiana focuses on building impactful Power BI dashboards, guiding analytics projects across multiple sites, and supporting operational excellence with data-driven decisions. The position offers a salary range of USD 70,000 - 115,000 per year. Responsibilities Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to inform operations and strategy Lead end-to-end Power BI development, including data visualization and backend data modeling Cleanse, model, and analyze data using SQL, DAX, and statistical methods to reveal trends and drive improvements Develop and standardize reporting tools for sites or sectors Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to deliver customized analytical solutions Serve as the Power BI subject matter expert and support analytics community initiatives Coordinate knowledge‑sharing sessions to enhance data literacy and tool adoption Manage analytics projects independently across multiple sites Design and implement ETL data pipelines from structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured sources Apply Python, R, or other analytics tools to augment reporting and automate processes Stay current with modern analytics practices and apply best practices to improve workflows Support site startups by implementing analytics tools and reporting frameworks Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field Extensive experience using SQL or other scripting languages such as Python or R to query, clean, and transform data Proficiency in Power BI, including building dashboards and reports from scratch Proficiency in writing DAX expressions to automate and enhance Power BI reports Experience designing and managing data pipelines and working with diverse data sources Strong understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling techniques, and modern analytics trends Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross‑functional projects Onsite work requirement if role is based out of a warehouse Technologies Power BI SQL DAX Python R ETL Benefits Medical Dental Vision Prescription Discounted Stock Purchase General Bonus Plan PTO policy #J-18808-Ljbffr DHL
