As a Social Worker at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve the quality of life, health, and comfort of residents. Social Worker Responsibilities Ensure that the medical, social, and emotional needs of each resident are provided for Work together with other staff to identify potential difficulties for residents Serve as a resident advocate Provide crisis intervention, counseling, or other services to residents and families Assist new residents and families in the initial adjustment phase Work with residents and families on planning discharges Act as a liaison to Federal, State, and local agencies providing service to the resident community Maintain a productive working relationship with other department supervisors Coordinate social services to assure the daily social services can be adequately provided Social Worker Requirements Bachelors degree in Social Work Bi-Lingual (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) Preferred Previous experience in a supervisory capacity in a skilled nursing facility What We Offer Competitive pay scale Medical and dental coverage Generous employee referral bonus 401k Paid time off CEU eligible training programs Ongoing leadership and professional development training Dedicated and local leadership support #J-18808-Ljbffr The Allure Group
