Lead Electrical Engineer

Oxford Solutions is working with an engineering consulting firm seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to support complex, multi-discipline projects across a diverse client base. This is a direct hire opportunity with remote flexibility within the United States. This role is ideal for a senior-level engineer who enjoys both hands‑on design work and technical leadership. The Lead Electrical Engineer will play a key role in guiding project execution, mentoring team members, and serving as a technical resource across multiple industries including industrial, power, utilities, healthcare, and commercial projects. Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership for electrical engineering design across multiple projects Lead electrical system design efforts including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and related systems Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including civil, structural, and mechanical disciplines Serve as a technical lead or project manager on multi‑discipline engineering projects Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements Support project planning including schedules, budgets, and resource coordination Act as a key point of contact for clients on electrical design matters Assist with proposals, scope development, and technical reviews Mentor and support junior engineers and designers Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required, with ability to obtain reciprocity 8‑10+ years of electrical engineering experience with progressive project responsibility Strong experience with power distribution and building systems design Experience working on multi‑discipline engineering projects Solid understanding of applicable electrical codes and industry standards Proven ability to interface with clients and support project delivery Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed Electrical Engineering Manager - PE - 26-00160 #J-18808-Ljbffr Oxford Solutions
