Transaction Advisory Senior Manager

Duties: Oversee performance of financial due diligence for private equity clients to help make acquisition decisions. Analyze complex ideas and data sets and build a range of meaningful recommendations. Facilitate preparation of large client organizations for sales processes. Work collaboratively with management and investment bankers. Oversee preparation of all materials for transactions or execution of deals. Lead development and growth of Transaction Advisory Practice for clients in a variety of industries. Develop and maintain client relationships. Employ financial models to develop solutions to assess the financial or capital impact of transactions. Supervise, train, or mentor junior team members.

Requires: Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field, and five years of experience in the following areas: (1) working in audit or transaction advisory services, three years of which must be within an M&A function performing quality of earnings and net working capital analysis; (2) working with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and accounting procedures; (3) presenting financial due diligence findings to senior management and external executives; and (4) conducting buy-side and sell-side due diligence for clients from a variety of industries (manufacturing and distribution, construction, engineering, real estate, healthcare, and/or technology). Position requires certification as a Certified Public Accountant in any jurisdiction. This position requires some travel to various client sites- around 20 to 30% of the time.

Salary/Hours: $160,000/year + comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, disability, paid parenting leave and 401k match after six months of employment); 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
