Customer Success Manager - Content & Enablement

Own the end-to-end content ecosystem driving user adoption, empowering Customer Success and Sales teams, and showcasing customer ROI Project manage the content ecosystem and prepare related documents Lead complex cross-functional projects Lead project calls, assign work, and manage projects to timelines and outcomes Lead stakeholder management sessions and communicate potential issues to management Create project-related process documents Train new and existing employees on policies and procedures related to project outcomes Provide sales enablement training on proving ROI and setting customers up for success Build a library of customer success stories Shorten customers' time-to-value Requirements Experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, Pendo (preferred), and Salesforce 3–5 years of experience in content creation and project management In-depth knowledge of the electronics supply chain industry Experience with SaaS Green Belt Certified PMP Certified Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience Ability to solve complex problems using existing solutions Ability to work independently with minimal guidance Ability to act as a resource for less experienced colleagues Ability to contribute to process improvements Ability to provide informal guidance to junior staff Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in project management and content creation within the electronics supply chain industry, leveraging tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to drive user adoption and customer success.
