Home Health Nurse / Private Duty Nurse – Pediatric Home Care (Location: Syracuse, NE). This role provides 1:1 pediatric home health care for children with medical complexities, ensuring safe and effective care at home. Position Details Location: Syracuse, NE (68446) Hours: Evenings Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:15 p – 6 p Evenings Friday 2 p – 6 p Client Specifics: 13-year-old with a gastrostomy tube Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $4,000 for full‑time night positions, plus night and weekend differentials Company Since 1990, Pediatric Home Service has been a trusted leader in pediatric home health and private duty nursing. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided Ability to care for a child with complex medical needs and to communicate effectively with families and the healthcare team Role Responsibilities You will care for one child at a time, developing genuine connections, monitoring progress, and working closely with the child’s family and healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes. Training & Support We provide specialized, hands‑on training in ventilator, tracheostomy, and gastrostomy care. No prior experience is required. A 24/7 support team is available, and ongoing professional development is encouraged.
