Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Help Esteem, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Implementing evidence-based interventions and behavioral management strategies tailored to improve mental health outcomes. \n
- Providing individual and family therapy, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address grief, depression, anxiety, and other psychosocial issues. \n
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff, to coordinate comprehensive care plans and monitor client progress. \n
- Equipping families with resources and tools to facilitate positive changes in their emotional and psychological well-being. \n
- Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation while managing electronic health records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. \n
- Engaging in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of the latest practices in social work and hospice care. \n
Your work will primarily focus on hospice patients and their families, many of whom are navigating complex emotional challenges related to terminal illnesses. You will provide compassionate support and guidance, helping clients address issues such as anticipatory grief, end-of-life concerns, and family dynamics. Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

- A Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field from an accredited institution. \n
- An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California. \n
- A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in a mental health or hospice setting. \n
