This role partners closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to build scalable applications, streamline data collection, and deliver technology solutions that drive efficiency and business performance.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain full-stack software applications using ASP.NET Core, Blazor (Server and WebAssembly), Entity Framework Core, and C#Build intuitive user interfaces and robust backend services that support manufacturing operations and data managementDevelop and enhance console applications and automation tools that improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and minimize operational errorsDesign, implement, and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalabilityCreate, integrate, and support RESTful APIs to enable secure and efficient communication between business systemsCollaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective software solutionsOptimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and security through established software engineering best practicesDevelop and execute unit and integration testing strategies to ensure software quality and stabilityTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues while providing ongoing application support and enhancementsParticipate in software architecture, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high development standardsManage software development projects through the full application lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and maintenanceMust HavesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience3+ years of professional software development experienceStrong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core developmentExperience developing modern web applications using Blazor and Razor ComponentsHands-on experience with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server database developmentExperience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIsStrong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development best practicesExperience troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performanceAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearlyNice to HavesExperience supporting manufacturing systems, production tracking applications, inspection systems, or quality management solutionsKnowledge of software architecture principles, including SOLID design principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and microservices architectureExperience implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processesProficiency with version control platforms such as Git or Azure DevOpsFamiliarity with real-time data acquisition, process automation, or industrial data management environmentsExperience working in regulated manufacturing or quality-driven environmentsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based bonus potential4 weeks of PTO plus paid holidaysComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with employer matchA collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous improvementOpportunities for career growth within a global technology leaderUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
