Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Iowa Physical Therapy license or compact privilege (if applicable) required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing physical therapy in home health settings preferred.
• Comfort with travel between patient homes and ability to manage a mobile caseload.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with documentation software and electronic medical records preferred.
• Advanced training or certifications in geriatrics, orthopedic or balance/fall prevention preferred.

Assignment Details

• M-F, 8:00a-4:30p (or similar hours; flexible).
• No weekend rotation.
• Mileage included in the rate.
• No housing available.
