• Communicate with patients, physicians' offices, and healthcare providers in English and Spanish.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist with prescription coordination, refill requests, and patient follow-ups.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative paperwork and patient documentation.
• Assist with insurance processing, billing, and general office responsibilities.
• Maintain organized records and protect confidential patient information.
• Support other day-to-day pharmacy activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous pharmacy technician experience strongly preferred.
• Nevada Pharmacy Technician registration preferred; applicants must meet applicable registration requirements for their assigned duties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with customer service, telephone communications, and administrative paperwork.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to work as part of a small team.

What We Offer

• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
• No weekends.
• Approximately 30 hours per week.
• Friendly, supportive, independent pharmacy environment.
• Slower-paced setting compared to high-volume chain pharmacies.
• Opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
• Competitive hourly compensation based on qualifications and experience.
