What You’ll Do

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist with implementing individualized care plans and therapeutic interventions
• Document resident progress accurately and in compliance with state and facility guidelines
• Support residents with ADLs, strengthening, adaptive equipment, and functional tasks
• Collaborate with OT, PT, ST, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
• Promote safety, independence, and a positive resident experience

What We’re Looking For

• Active COTA license in Pennsylvania
• Skilled nursing/rehab experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach
• Dependable, professional, and flexible with scheduling
