We are seeking a highly experienced Sirion CLM Domain Expert with proven hands-on experience in end-to-end Sirion CLM implementation and post-implementation platform ownership. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), solution design, configuration, workflow optimization, governance, and continuous improvement.

Note: This is a hands-on functional/domain expert role, not a Program Manager or Project Manager position. Candidates must have direct experience implementing the Sirion CLM platform end to end.

• Own the Sirion CLM post-implementation roadmap, including enhancements, releases, adoption, governance, process maturity, reporting, and business value realization.
• Lead the onboarding of new business units, geographies, contract types, and user groups onto the Sirion CLM platform.
• Establish and manage a CLM Competency Center to drive functional governance, solution design, configuration standards, user enablement, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Lead functional solution design across contract intake, authoring, clause and template management, negotiation, approvals, e-signature, repository, obligations, renewals, dashboards, and reporting.
• Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, release plans, and training materials.
• Work closely with Sirion vendor teams, system integrators, and internal technology teams on configurations, integrations, workflows, data, access controls, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven contract automation, including metadata extraction, clause recommendations, contract risk identification, obligation tracking, and contract analytics.
• Drive user adoption, change management, training, governance forums, issue prioritization, and benefits measurement.
• Serve as the internal Sirion CLM functional leader and product owner, aligning platform capabilities with business and compliance requirements.

• Proven hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of Sirion CLM .
• Strong knowledge of CLM processes, functional solution design, and platform configuration.
• Experience with contract workflows, templates, clauses, approvals, repository management, metadata, and reporting.
• Experience managing post-go-live enhancements, platform optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Strong requirements gathering, functional documentation, UAT, and release management experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders and technical implementation teams.
• Knowledge of CLM integrations, AI-enabled contract automation, and analytics is preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Candidates must have completed at least one end-to-end Sirion CLM implementation.
• Candidates with only Program Management, Project Management, or general CLM experience without hands-on Sirion implementation are not suitable.
• Preference for candidates with a combination of implementation, functional design, configuration, and post-implementation ownership experience.
