Working for our team, you can truly make a difference. We are currently looking for a Finishing Production Coordinator to join our team. Why work at MCC: Compensation: $25.00 hourly Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and 401(k) Paid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating Holidays Responsibilities Perform analysis to determine root cause. Audit compliance with mix prevention rules, customer-specific rules, and standards. Work directly with Customer Service Representatives and Shipping when necessary to fulfill customer requirements. Manage daily work requirements, ensuring jobs are completed in time to meet production delivery dates. Communicate opportunities for improvement to the leadership team. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one situations. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs. Ability to take responsibility and ownership for personal performance while accepting challenging goals. Ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out detailed but straightforward written and oral instructions. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to address problems involving a limited number of variables and understand when to involve supervision in the problem-solving process. Ability to wear required PPE in production areas and follow all safety protocols. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and move throughout the production environment for extended periods. Ability to use hands to feel and touch, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear. Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment. Vision Requirements: Ability to meet vision requirements including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
