General Manager

The Judge Group is seeking a General Manager for a Part 145 repair Center in the San Fernando, CA area.

COMPENSATION:

150k to 185k plus bonus

RELOCATION:

Yes

MUST HAVE:

5+ years’ in a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station MUST HAVE: Strong knowledgeable of FAA/EASA regulations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee all business strategies for the Component Repair center operations (Operations, Materials, Quality, - Planning, Contracts, Personnel)
Meet strategic goals and performance objectives
Ensure that the service center adheres to all regulatory, legal, social, safety and contractual obligations
Act as the main contact for FAA relations
Maintain staffing levels
Ensures contract obligations and customers’ expectations are met
Upsell contract terms
Provide status reports to customers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

5+ years’ in a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station
Strong knowledgeable of FAA/EASA regulations
