Outpatient Physical Therapist - 6 Month Contract

This is a 13-week contract position for an Outpatient Physical Therapist. The role involves evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting, developing and implementing treatment plans based on patient needs and goals while ensuring compliance with physician direction. The therapist will be responsible for the delegation and direction of therapy services and will focus on creating functional treatment programs to facilitate patients' return to community activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Document all findings and treatment plans in a clear, accurate, and timely manner in accordance with state, federal, and clinic guidelines.
• Participate in the training and evaluation of students as applicable.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain licensure in good standing.
• Commit to organizational performance improvement initiatives and provide feedback for better outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• 6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• 6-month duration preferred.

Schedule

This position operates on a 5x8.0 shift schedule.
