Reports to the Director or Manager of Department.Essential FunctionsPerforms periodic cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory; adjusts inventory records as needed.Stocks units with office and medical supplies, prepares requisitions to maintain par levels.Receives shipments, logs receipts, enters data into the inventory system, delivers items to departments or other facilities, and reports/documents errors or damages to management.Answers the telephone, receiving dock, and walk-up window professionally; routes calls/messages appropriately.Completes clerical/computer tasks that support patient care delivery.Processes outgoing mail.Performs other duties as assigned.We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple computer systems. Effective English communication (read, write, speak, and understand).
