Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Travel assignment in Utica, New York. Start date 09/29/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,461 to $1,523 per week. Shift 2:00 pm–10:00 pm (8 hours). Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility with an LTC unit. This role requires LTC experience and is a local-friendly opportunity with a local rate for candidates within 75 miles. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,461–$1,523 per week Guaranteed hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 2:00 pm–10:00 pm Start date: 09/29/2026 Setting: LTC-focused skilled nursing care Local rate available for locals within 75 miles Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation in the EMR (PointClickCare) Monitor residents’ condition, perform routine assessments, and respond promptly to changes in status Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide safe, compassionate nursing care Document input/output, vital signs, and care plans; communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team Support wound care, routine procedures, and therapy plans as directed; coordinate with PT/OT as needed Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and resident education to promote well-being Requirements Active NY LPN license; Nursys verification with an active license Current BLS certification Minimum 1 year of LTC experience; travel experience documented on resume EMR experience with PointClickCare Ability to float within the same building as needed Valid driver’s license with address matching demographics Up-to-date resume including LTC experience and travel history RTO (reasonable time off) must be included at the time of submission Local candidates within 75 miles preferred (local rate) Benefits and Support Competitive weekly pay per week 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated support throughout the assignment Extension opportunities based on performance and need PAY DISCLAIMER RULE: Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
