Rockwell Automation is seeking a Global KCS & Knowledge Management Lead for its Customer Care organization. This strategic individual contributor role focuses on defining governance, operating models, adoption plans, metrics, and scalable content management across regions.

The candidate will partner with Digital Infrastructure, Salesforce Knowledge, Coveo, IT, Quality, and Enablement, and will drive global adoption while reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Customer Care.
