Pest Control Technician

Responsibilities Apply knowledge learned and retained through training to help residential and commercial customers with their pest control issues. Inspect attics, crawlspaces, and the interiors and exteriors of homes or businesses in our area. Identify and recognize opportunities to sell additional services or equipment. Recommend treatment and prevention methods for pest problems to clients. Consult with sales reps and leaders to provide estimates for maintenance service requirements or costs. Minimum Requirements No experience required – we’ll train you! High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid). Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes. Physical Demands / Working Environment Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Wear personal protective equipment, including possible OSHA‑compliant respirator. Willing to work in varying weather conditions.
