Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current SLP-CCC certification required
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong background in pediatric speech and language development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and students
• Organizational skills for managing caseloads across multiple buildings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in Pre-K through 4th grade
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with general and special education teachers and support staff
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes in accordance with school and state standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing observations and recommendations
• Educate and consult with parents and caregivers to encourage skill development beyond sessions
