What You'll Do

• Welcome customers upon arrival and create a positive first impression through attentive, professional service
• Manage valet parking and vehicle staging throughout the dealership lot
• Transport customer vehicles to and from their homes as needed
• Respond to guest questions about vehicle service, sales, and dealership amenities in person, by phone, and by email
• Assist with dealership deliveries, errands, and general operational tasks as assigned
• Keep the lot, service drive, and guest-facing areas clean, organized, and inviting
• Operate dealership mobile and communication software accurately
• Uphold all dealership policies and safety standards at all times

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule including occasional Saturdays
• Comfortable on your feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout a shift
• Positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
• Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
• High school diploma or equivalent required
