• 2025-26 SY, $25.50 - $28.50 per hour for bus drivers *
• $21 per hour for trips and charters
• $0.50 per hour 401(k) company contribution for all hours worked

Hours:

• Route hours guaranteed 4 hours per day when school is in session for the am/pm route package *
• Additional work hours available with mid-day routes, field trips and charters

As an Illinois Central School Bus Driver, your major responsibilities will be to:

• Meet and greet students with a smile and positive attitude
• Safely transport passengers
• Assists students in the loading and unloading process
• Good verbal communication skills

• At least 21 years old
• Hold a valid driver's license for at least 3 years
• Pass a background check, drug screen & physical
