Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory. Requirements Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a multi‑unit residential setting. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
