Resident-Focused Property Manager

Wallick Communities is seeking a Community Manager for Pleasant Valley Colony in Plain City, OH. This full‑time role (Mon–Fri, 8:00–4:30) leads leasing and maintenance teams to ensure a great resident experience and strong financial performance. You will manage payroll, invoices, occupancy targets, move‑outs, and regulatory reporting while upholding Wallick’s standards.
