Position Overview We are seeking a Communications Assistant to support customer interactions, appointment coordination, and daily office communications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and developing strong communication skills in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person * Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars * Prepare and organize customer correspondence and documentation * Maintain accurate communication records and files * Coordinate information between customers and internal teams * Provide administrative support for daily office operations Minimum requirements: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Professional and customer-focused attitude * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not required
