This position is ideal for someone who has established a solid foundation in site monitoring and is ready to accelerate their career within a supportive, collaborative, and quality-focused organization.As a CRA II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials by:Performing on-site and remote monitoring visits in accordance with protocol, GCP, ICH guidelines, and company SOPsBuilding strong relationships with investigative sites and serving as a trusted partnerReviewing source documents and verifying data accuracyIdentifying risks, issues, and trends at sites and proactively driving resolutionSupporting site activation, enrollment, maintenance, and closeout activitiesEnsuring patient safety, data integrity, and protocol compliancePreparing detailed monitoring reports and follow-up lettersCollaborating cross-functionally with CTMs, project teams, and site personnelWhat you will bring to the role:Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in EnglishSuperior organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to work with little or no supervisionProficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC SystemsYour experience:2 - 3 years of experience as a regional, traveling Clinical Research Associate4-year university degree OR Nursing DegreeKnowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirementsExperience conducting monitoring visits across multiple sitesStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience in Psychiatry is requiredWillingness to travel regionally requiredPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a CRO environmentExposure to multiple therapeutic areasExperience with decentralized or hybrid trial modelsDesire to take on increasing responsibility and grow within Clinical OperationsAt Worldwide Clinical Trials, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace by providing transparent compensation. The salary range for this position is annually:United States of America - $79,500.00 - $158,500.00The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package depending on location. We ensure pay equity and transparency and comply with all applicable labor laws.
